I fully understand and agree which areas will be treated and that any substitutions may incur an additional cost. I also understand and agree to pay the Total Price in full. Any deposits or payments are non-refundable after services have been initiated and any remaining balance will be due in full upon cancellation. Discounted/Promotion services are FINAL SALE. Cancellations before services are rendered are subject to a $150 fee. If applicable, refunds may take up to 150 days for processing. Cancellations or rescheduling without 24 hour notice will result in forfeiture of the scheduled treatments or I have the option of paying a cancellation fee of $40/$80 for appointments longer than one hour on the day of the unattended treatment in order to avoid forfeiture of the scheduled sessions.

If the service applicable and a series is purchased, the initial numbing cream is complimentary. The cost for numbing cream is $15, price may be subject to change.

Treatments are subject to cancellation without refund and/or charges may be filed if there are any occurrences of sexual misconduct. Sessions expire 36 months after purchase date.
